- Are you promoting your products or your business?
- Who is your ideal customer?
- What are they looking for?
- What do they need help with?
- What’s their age range?
- What’s their gender?
- How do you want to help them?

Ready to Find Targeted Prospects For Your Business?
The website I use to find targeted prospects for my business a secret hidden gem!
You can connect with people who are searching for exactly what you sell – whether it’s your products, your opportunity, or something else.
The website is Quora.com. It’s basically a site where people ask questions and anyone can answer them. It’s a great search engine for information and people searching for answers.
On Quora, you can:
- Ask questions about anything
- Answer questions
- Have a profile, which includes all the answers you’ve given
- Have links on your profile to your website, a blog post or lead magnet
What To Do On Quora
When you go to Quora, create a profile. Add your photo, your information, and how people can connect with you – like your email list or other social media.
Then search for the topic of what you’re selling – whether it’s your products or your opportunity.
Tons of questions will come up that your prospects are asking and wondering.
You can go through the questions and answer them. You can be the “expert” and “authority” and provide value to people who are asking this question.
Do not pitch or sell here! This is where you will provide value and solutions to your target market.
You can follow the people who ask the questions. You can connect with them. You can ask them questions.
I recommend adding a way for people to connect with your further – either a social media profile, like Facebook or Instagram, or a link to a lead magnet.
When you find targeted prospects for your business and connect with them, they will check your profile and connect with you in more ways.
For example, if you sell essential oils and you’re answering questions about essential oils, when someone goes to your profile, they can sign up to receive your “Essential Oils for Beginners” guide. They can get on your email list and you can follow up, build rapport, and eventually sell to them through your email list.
Do You Need More Content Ideas for Your Business?
Quora.com is a great place to find targeted prospects for your business who are already curious about your products and business.
You can also find the best ideas for creating content that will attract targeted prospects for your business
Quora is just one place to get leads online. We know there are many other social media sites to get leads from – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Use the questions from Quora as the topics for your content. These questions are coming from your target market – from people who are already curious about your products or opportunity.
You can use their exact questions to create content that will generate leads for your business on other social media sites.
For example, when I search for essential oils these questions come up:
- What is an essential oil?
- Do essential oils actually work?
- What’s your favorite essential oil?
- Is it safe to use essential oils?
- Which essential oils are good for fighting stress and anxiety?
- How do we use essential oils?
These people are curious about essential oils and are asking questions. You can be the one to create a video, a post, a blog post, or a lead magnet to help answer their questions.
Your target audience will think you can read their minds. They’ll wonder, “How does she always know what I’m thinking?”
These are the people who will watch your content, ask you questions, follow you, get on your list, and eventually buy from you.
